The Educate HER Project (Educate Girls for Human-rights and Educational Reform) is a civil society initiative dedicated to advancing girls' rights to safe, inclusive, and quality education in Liberia. Implemented by the Educate HER Coalition—led by Helping Our People Excel (HOPE), Inc. alongside the Paramount Young Women Initiative (PAYOWI) and Youth Movement for Collective Action (UMOVEMENT)—the project is funded under the Global Partnership for Education’s (GPE) Education Out Loud (EOL) framework. The initiative directly addresses systemic barriers to female education by holding national authorities accountable to the effective implementation and resourcing of the National Policy on Girls' Education (NPGE) across all 15 Liberian counties.
