Every PAYOWI program begins with one simple belief: when a girl is empowered with knowledge, support, and opportunity, she can rise above barriers, transform her future, and become a powerful force for change in her community.

Heart-to-Heart Mentorship Program

A transformative mentorship initiative designed to educate adolescent girls and young women on leadership, self-confidence, education, and Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), helping them make informed decisions about their future.

Her Vote Counts Campaign

A civic engagement and advocacy program created to increase women and young women’s participation in leadership and electoral processes through awareness, education, and community mobilization.

Scholarship & Educational Support Initiative

An education-focused program providing scholarships, mentorship, counseling, and guidance to girls facing financial and social barriers to education.
