For over two decades, PAYOWI has been transforming the lives of girls and young women through education, mentorship, and leadership opportunities, empowering them to overcome barriers, find their voice, and become catalysts for lasting change in their communities and across Liberia.
With a small business loan provided by PAYOWI through the Strengthening Women’s Capacity in COVID-19 project, funded by FHN, Margaret transformed her charcoal business into a reliable source of income. Today, her smile reflects more than business success—it represents renewed hope, resilience, and the confidence to build a better future for herself and her family.
